Return and Refund Policy — Pro Designer
At Pro Designer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return Period Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- All tags and labels must still be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Innerwear for hygiene reasons
Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchange Items can be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability.
